Operation management

SAP – Basic and programming

a. As more and more company are going towards SAP it is necessary that the new entrants should have knowledge , there are two parts in SAP one is functional knowledge and another one is programming and implementation knowledge and another one is also support
b. For functional know there are different types of courses like MM, SD , FI , CO etc there are different courses which are currently run by different private players
c. The course fee of the different module is very high as the return is also high also if you are CA and having completed SAP courses then your chances are more bright the same is case with MBA + SAP so you must have some basic degree
d. Another part of SAP courses is programming for that you must have IT Knowledge

a. CLAT 2014: The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) is an all India entrance examination conducted on rotation by the fourteen National Law Universities (NLU) for admission to their Under graduate and Post graduate programmes (BA LL.B & LL.M). GNLU shall conduct CLAT 2014 Exam on May 11, 2014.

CLAT 2014 UG Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible to appear in CLAT 2014, a candidate should have obtained a Senior Secondary School/Intermediate (10+2) or its equivalent certificate from a recognized Board with not less than 45% marks in aggregate (40% in case of SC and ST candidates) and should be below 20 years of age as on 1st July 2014 (22 years in case of SC and ST candidates). Candidates who are appearing or have appeared in the 10+2 examination and are awaiting results are also eligible to appear in the test. However, such candidates are required to have passed the qualifying examination at the time of their admission and must be able to submit proofs in support of their claims. (Subject to State reservation at the University concerned.)

CLAT 2014 PG Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for appearing in CLAT 2014, a candidate should have obtained a LL. B/B. L. Degree or an equivalent degree from a recognized University with not less than 55% marks in aggregate (50% in case of SC and ST candidates).* The candidates who have passed the qualifying degree examination through supplementary/ compartment and repeat attempts are also eligible for appearing in the test and taking admission provided that such candidates will have to produce the proof of having passed the qualifying examination with fifty-five/fifty percent marks, as the case may be, on the date of their admission or within the time allowed by the respective universities.

Pattern of CLAT 2014 UG paper:
1. Duration of the examination – 2 hours
2. Total number of MCQ of one mark each – 200
3. Total marks for CLAT 2014 UG – 200
4. There shall be a system of Negative Marking wherein 0.25 marks will be deducted for each of the wrong answers to multiple choice questions.
5. In the event of equal marks scored by two or more candidates in the CLAT 2014, the tie will be broken by the following procedure and order:

  • Higher marks in the section of Legal aptitude.
  • Higher age
  • Computerized draw of lots.

b. Pattern of CLAT 2014 PG paper:

Total marks 150
Duration of the exam 2 hours
Long essay type descriptive questions (covering Constitutional law & jurisprudence) 100 marks ( 4 questions of 25 marks each)/td>
Multiple choice questions (covering all compulsory law subjects prescribed by BCI for UG course except Constitutional Law & Jurisprudence). 50 marks ( 50 questions of 1 mark each)/td>

Procedure for obtaining and submitting application forms for CLAT 2014:

  • Candidates taking CLAT 2014 need to Apply Online for CLAT 2014 Application Forms. This year no other mode of submission has been permitted for CLAT 2014 Online Application Forms.
  • The CLAT 2014 Online Applications can be made through the official website.
  • The candidates need to remit the CLAT 2014 Application fees, i.e; Rs. 4000/- Only for the General Candidates and Rs. 3500/- Only for the Reserved categories.
  • CLAT 2014 Online Application Forms shall be available from January 1, 2014
  • CLAT 2014 Admit cards are available from April 28
